What you'll doAs a Senior Acquisition Sales Manager in Vodafone Business, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, shaping Vodafone Ireland's Mobile Acquisition Strategy, leading a team of passionate and experienced Acquisition sellers to achieve Mobile Acquisition success in the market for Vodafone.
You will be responsible for building a pipeline of Strategic Mobile Acquisition targets across both Enterprise and SME, shaping Vodafone's Mobile Acquisition proposition ensuring it is uniquely compelling, and meets/exceeds the needs of our target customers.
In this Senior leadership position, you will be responsible for setting strategic sales goals and leading your team to achieve them.
You will collaborate closely with the Vodafone SLT and various departments, including marketing, product development, delivery, commercial and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Your role will involve mentoring and guiding sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and drive innovation within the team.
Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving annual sales targets and contributing to the overall success of Vodafone Business.
Who you areSenior Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in strategic complex Telco sales roles in highly competitive environmentsProven track record and success in Mobile Acquisition SalesStrong business acumen, presentation, and leadership skillsDeep understanding of ICT and digital transformationExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skillsProven ability to identify and develop relationships with senior stakeholders across target customersAchievement and success-driven personality, motivated by exceeding annual sales goalsSelf-starter with a proactive approach to driving sales initiativesExperience in leading and mentoring sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureAbility to analyse market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovationNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
