Your new role As Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for investigating motor, liability and professional indemnity claims of varying complexity.
You will prepare detailed reports, liaise with policyholders, insurers and brokers, and ensure all investigations are carried out in line with regulatory and company standards.
This role also involves identifying fraudulent claims, managing workflow effectively, and consistently providing a high level of customer service.
You will cover a designated field area while also working from home and the Dublin office on a hybrid basis.
What youll need to succeed CIP qualification 35 years experience in claims investigations (motor, liability, PI) Strong knowledge of CPC, Minimum Competency standards, policy wordings and relevant legislation Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player High levels of empathy, organisation and customer focus What youll get in return You will join a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career within a highly respected claims team.
