We're seeking an experienced Senior Duty Manager for a stunning 4‑star hotel in Tipperary, celebrated for exceptional guest service and warm, authentic hospitality. This role is ideal for someone with strong Food & Beverage experience who enjoys being hands‑on, leading teams, and ensuring smooth, high‑quality service across the hotel.
The Role
As Senior Duty Manager, you'll take the lead on F&B service and floor operations, supporting the restaurant, bar, banqueting and events teams throughout your shift. You'll also assist Front Office and Guest Services, ensuring seamless communication and consistent service across all areas of the hotel.

3. Leading F&B service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
4. Supporting restaurant, bar and banqueting teams during busy periods
5. Ensuring excellent service presentation and guest flow
6. Overseeing full hotel operations when on duty
7. Handling guest queries and resolving issues confidently
8. Conducting floor walks for standards, safety and cleanliness
9. Coaching and supporting staff on shift
10. Assisting with F&B training and service briefings
11. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and hotel policies
12. Supporting reports, handovers and cash procedures
About You
This role suits someone with a strong F&B background who enjoys leading from the front and creating a smooth, professional service environment.

14. Strong understanding of restaurant, bar or banqueting service
