Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions in our thriving café/restaurant, directing a team of staff and coordinating our growing catering arm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, overseeing café floor operations, managing staffing and rotas, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
In addition, they will coordinate catering bookings, menu planning with the head chef, and logistics, while monitoring stock levels, supplier relations, and cost controls. They must also uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards, respond to customer feedback, and handle operational issues professionally.
