Barden are delighted to be supporting our client, a Building Energy Management System provider based in Dublin in their search for a General Manager for their new Maintenance Division.
The Manager will establish, develop and lead the dedicated maintenance division. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands‑on customer engagement ensuring delivery of a world‑class post‑project completion service for clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What You will Do:
* Drive the development and strategic growth of the Support & Maintenance division.
* Build, lead, and support a high‑performing customer support team that delivers excellence.
* Establish and refine processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality aftersales service.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and a customer‑first culture.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, projects, telemetry, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in BEMS/EPMS to enhance service offerings.
* Create a robust maintenance and aftersales team, providing best in class aftercare service.
* Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy across Ireland, the UK, Spain, and new markets.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* Solid understanding of building services, ideally with exposure to BEMS and EPMS systems.
* Knowledge of platforms such as Tridium, Trend, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Cylon, and Automated Logic.
* Proven leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams.
* Strong customer focus with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Background in service operations, aftersales management, or technical support is highly desirable.
