Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
to join our successful sales team.
Covering Dublin, Meath, and Kildare, this role is key to delivering our
Total Solutions
sales strategy — offering trucks, services, and support tailored to each client.
Responsibilities
Sell the full range of services to new and existing customers.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Build strong B2B relationships, especially within transport and logistics sectors.
Use CRM tools effectively to manage prospects and grow the customer base.
Create accurate quotations, manage vehicle orders, and oversee delivery processes.
Support and attend customer events (locally and internationally as required).
Qualifications
2+ years in B2B sales (ideally in commercial vehicles or related industry).
Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage customer relationships.
Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and client needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Full clean Irish driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
