High-Level Administrative Support Specialist
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading international law firm in Dublin, supporting their Projects & Construction team.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including:
* Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and events
* Coordinating travel arrangements, client reports, and travel packs
* Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Overseeing monthly billing, time allocation, and invoice preparation
* Accurately managing expense submissions
* Using Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents and presentations
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in a similar environment, possessing excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
