Our established Homecare Client is seeking applications for the role of
Homecare Branch Manager
.
Our client's healthcare team is focused on assisting their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
This role plays a critical part in managing the operations of our Galway branch.
Responsibilities
Ensure the provision of high quality, compassionate and personalised care to clients in their own homes.
Manage a team of caregivers, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate client care plans.
Support the overall smooth functioning of homecare services.
Work closely with senior management and report to the director.
Role is open to Care Managers and Nurses, ideally with strong people skills, drive and an empathetic nature.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social care/work, or a related field (preferable).
Previous experience managing a team in a busy dynamic environment.
Strong planning/organisation and time management skills.
Proven people and performance management skills.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a homecare agency or similar healthcare setting.
Compassionate, empathetic and committed to providing high-quality care to clients.
In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations, policies and best practices.
Good IT, system skills and financial awareness.
Excellent analysis and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
