The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, offering guidance and support to the team as necessary to respond to and leverage industry changes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide regular updates and reports to the Board of Directors.
2. Evaluate and monitor the implementation of policies, strategies, and business plans.
3. Oversee the recruitment and training of key staff and development of the senior management team.
4. Carry out tasks delegated by the board from time to time.
5. Maintain agreed standards for client service and regularly assess performance.
