We're looking for talented individuals passionate about making a tangible impact in people's lives and eager to contribute to social change.Position: Finance Operations SupervisorReporting to: Head of FinanceLocation: Upper Sheriff Street (Hybrid)Contract type: Specific Purpose – Project CoverSalary: €57,280 - €63,170Role OverviewThe Finance Operations Supervisor will oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sections of the Finance Department to ensure day to day operations are being performed on a timely basis and process and procedures are adhered too. They will continually enhance improvements in procedures and policies and implement operational efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam SupervisionSupervise and support a team of 11, ensuring workloads are balanced and performance targets are metConduct regular one-to-one check-ins, providing coaching, feedback, and development supportOversee daily workflow, productivity, and attendance to maintain high service standardsFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture aligned with Clúid's valuesAddress performance or conduct issues promptly and constructively in line with policyCommunicate updates, recognise achievements, and lead regular team meetings to maintain engagement and clarity.Finance OperationsEnsure the smooth operations of these sections to facilitate timely turnaround of service to our internal and external customersProduce monthly metrics on each section to aid performance/process improvementsManage the annual rent assessment process (circa 7,000) to ensure timely processing of assessments and communication with tenants and third parties.Ensure quality control over financial transactions, reconciliations and rent assessmentsManage and implement improvements in processes, procedures and internal controls within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and interdepartmentallyAssist in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Finance departmentLiaise with internal, external auditors and government departmentsProvide valuable financial and procedural insight to the business, which will include working with the various operational departmentsManage the contract with An Post and other organisations that facilitate rent payment methodsAssist the Head of Finance and Chief Finance Officer with additional projectsProvide cover for other finance staff during holiday and other busy periodsAny other duties which are consistent with your roleCorporate ResponsibilitiesEnsure all activity is aligned to Clúid's values and contributes to the mission of supporting the development of thriving communitiesAdhere to all Clúid policies and procedures at all timesTo exercise discretion at all timesDemonstrate high standards regarding both Clúid's and your own wellbeing, health and safety requirementsEssential Skills:Advanced I.T. skills with the ability to adapt to new IT systemsKnowledge of PAYE and Social Welfare entitlementsDetail attention to detailProblem solving skillsExcellent communication skillsLeadership and team building skillsManagement & Financial AccountsDealing with internal and external auditorsJoin UsAt Clúid Housing, you're more than just an employee; you're part of a mission to create lasting social change.
