The Company
Rosie & Jim produce great tasting, premium quality breaded chicken products for the Irish, UK and European markets. We are a fast-paced, BRC Grade A accredited Family Business with a close-knit team of 70+ employees located beside the Luas Stop at Bluebell. We are under-going an ambitious 3-year expansion plan to double sales and increase staff numbers to 100.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations - Foster a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Develop initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
Employee Engagement & Retention - Collaborate with senior management to design and execute employee engagements that drive Continuous Improvement culture to boost employee engagement and retention. Embed company values and support the Culture of trust/fairness and transparency
Recruitment & Onboarding - Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring top talent acquisition and seamless onboarding processes.
HR Policies & Compliance - Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives and comply with legal standards. Advise, coach and guide people managers on all people related matters.
Training & Development - Lead initiatives to upskill employees, ensuring alignment with business needs and individual growth goals.
Compensation & Benefits - Manage and support the administration of contracts, payroll and benefits. Develop effective performance management, talent development and staff retention. Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards.
Performance Management - Drive performance review processes and employee development plans to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
HR Records & Reporting - Maintain accurate records and generate reports on attendance, turnover, and performance metrics.
Legal Compliance - Ensure all HR practices comply with Irish labour laws and regulations and HR data is maintained in accordance with GDPR
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven background in HR management, at minimum 5 years' experience ideally in the food processing/manufacturing sector, with a high level of competence in all core HR disciplines.
* Primary Degree in HR or related discipline
* Excellent IT skills such as Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
* Social media networking experience with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed
* Experience in building progression plans for staff
* Collaborative with excellent interpersonal and written communication in English
