Stock Control & Customer Service | Dublin 12 | €40k
At Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of an established and reputable company in Dublin 12 who are seeking to recruit a Stock Control and Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is a pivotal role within this organisation where the successful candidate will take on a dual role which combines responsibilities of customer support and stock/warehouse management. This role will ideally suit someone who thrives in a small company environment but also enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
This is a permanent position based in Dublin 12 that will offer a salary in the region of €40,000 with a very generous bonus and benefits package.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for repeat inbound sales inquiries, providing detailed product, or service information to the customer
2. Process orders, quotes efficiently using Sage 200 and Salesforce.
3. Maintain and update customer and prospect records in Salesforce.
4. Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
6. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
7. Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
8. Receive and unload deliveries, checking for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
9. Store goods safely and efficiently in designated areas
10. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory control
Applicant must meet the following requirements:
11. 2 - 5 years of experience in a busy customer service and/or warehouse environment
12. Excellent customer service and communication skills
13. Time management skills with a focus on working to deadlines
14. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and changing circumstances
15. Be capable of understanding customer needs and take a proactive approach to meeting their requirements.
16. Experience of using Sage 200 and/or Salesforce will be a distinct advantage
17. Proven attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
18. Strong interpersonal skills
