The organisation has a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, complex construction works.Your new roleAs Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process, coordinating internal teams to produce high-quality, compliant submissions. You will be responsible for managing tenders from PQQ/ITT stage through to final submission, ensuring key deadlines are met and bid quality is consistently high.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full bid lifecycle across multiple construction tendersCoordinating input from commercial, operations and design teamsReviewing tender documentation and developing win strategiesProducing and overseeing high-quality written submissionsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Bid or Proposals Manager with a background in construction or the built environment.
