* Identify performance improvements and follow up on action plans
* Ensure proper financial control and risk management for fleet related topics
Planning
* Ensure an accurate Fleet Plan supporting all Business Activities
Treasury
* Manage day-to-day Treasury activities of Irish entities
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Accurate reporting of Month-End Actuals and Forecast
* Support OEM negotiations for fleet procurement
* Assist with external audits
* Maximize Connected Vehicle opportunities for fleet cost benefits
* Coordinate with fleet, controlling, planning, and treasury teams
Controlling
* Perform Month-End Financial Results (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
* Conduct Variance Analysis vs Forecast/Budget
* Report on financial KPIs and deviations, propose actions
* Support fleet optimization and improvements
* Manage Fleet Deal approvals and Funding submissions
* Manage Irish Risk Fleet and related analysis
* Approve Wreck Vehicle invoices
Planning
* Construct and plan Fleet Budget and Rolling Forecast
* Develop reporting for margin analysis per car category
* Manage Contract approvals
* Oversee Fleet Plan validation
* Post-mortem vehicle analysis for strategic support
* Align Fleet and Financing plans
Treasury
* Provide treasury expertise and guidance
* Align Financing with Fleet plan
* Prepare cash forecasts
* Manage cash flow and liquidity
* Execute financing transactions timely
* Complete treasury tasks (bank reconciliations, reporting)
* Maintain banking relationships and compliance
* Manage cashiering activities
