Job Summary:

* We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to lead complex technical projects, including validation activities and product/process improvements.


Responsibilities:

1. We plan, implement and lead projects involving multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
2. Critical process parameters such as critical quality attributes (CQAs), must be aligned with business needs for both internal and external facing processes.

This includes managing the strip testing team to meet test targets and compliance requirements. The role also involves overseeing material trials/characterization studies supporting development efforts related specifically towards manufacturing materials enhancement strategies aimed at reducing costs while maintaining performance standards set forth during initial design phase considerations prior information gathering periods respective operational reviews practices observed over time respectively effective solutions being put into place there after ensuring prompt attention from Senior Management when necessary given appropriate risks identified which might have adverse effects either on Product Safety or overall Business Performance Overall.
You will work closely with cross-functional problem-solving teams for troubleshooting & scientific investigations proposing solutions where possible ones considering trends emerging thus taking proactive approach addressing root cause analysis whenever issues arise you'll demonstrate expert level knowledge within these areas contributing significantly through constructive feedback guidance mentoring skills utilized across various departments leveraging project management tools data analyses reporting responsibilities ensuring accurate documentation trending performing continuous improvement initiatives enhance productivity efficiency client satisfaction etc all aimed making our company successful growing ever more stronger vibrant hence fostering growth stability prosperity generations come this fantastic exciting engaging workplace anytime anywhere!


Requirements:
