* Predictive maintenance (e.g., AI-driven failure prediction).
* Supply chain optimisation (e.g., AI-enhanced logistics).
* Energy management (e.g., AI-driven efficiency monitoring).
* Work with real-world factory data to develop actionable insights and AI-driven improvements.

Client Engagement & AI Adoption

* Work directly with manufacturing SMEs to assess their AI readiness, map their workflows and data maturity, and identify high-impact AI opportunities.

* Develop roadmaps for AI adoption, ensuring businesses gain long-term value from AI investments

Technical Architecture & Deployment

* Architect AI solutions that are scalable, efficient, and production-ready for manufacturing environments.
* Deploy AI-powered systems in industrial settings, integrating with existing OT/IT infrastructure.
* Work with manufacturing data protocols like MQTT, OPC UA, and IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT) to ensure seamless integration.
* Implement digital twins and robotic process automation for AI-driven factory optimisation.

Project Planning & Execution

* Lead AI project planning and execution, from requirements gathering to full-scale implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, business analysts) to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
* Ensure projects meet industry standards, scalability needs, and business objectives.

Innovation & Research

* Stay ahead of AI advancements and Industry 4.0 trends, keeping the AI Studio at the cutting edge of innovation.
* Explore emerging AI applications tailored to manufacturing, such as:
* AI-powered process automation

* Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages.
* Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
* Strong understanding of predictive analytics, automation, and AI-driven optimization.
* Manufacturing-Specific AI Deployment:
* Experience working with industrial data pipelines, edge computing, and IoT-based AI solutions.
* Familiarity with MQTT, OPC UA, and AI integration with factory automation.
* Understanding of digital twins and process automation in manufacturing.
* Project Leadership: Proven ability to plan and execute AI projects from concept to deployment.
* Business & Communication Skills: Ability to translate AI solutions into business value for manufacturing clients.

Desired Skills / Experience:

* Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Certifications in AI (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS ML Specialty) or manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
* Experience deploying computer vision, NLP, or generative AI solutions in manufacturing environments.
