Technical Project Manager (6–12 Month Daily Rate Contract)
Start: Q1 2026 (ideally January)
We’re looking for a sharp, technically fluent Technical Project Manager to lead a major transformation programme running throughout 2026. If you thrive on complex environments, cross-team collaboration and delivering outcomes that genuinely move the needle, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading a large-scale technology programme spanning .NET, SQL, Oracle/APEX and new data-integration work
Getting quickly up to speed with existing applications, architecture and processes
Driving the scale-back and consolidation of legacy systems to a streamlined core
Overseeing process redesign and integration work with a major commercial software vendor
Coordinating API development, Snowflake-based data sharing and CRM enhancements via Salesforce
Translating technical detail into clear, compelling updates for senior, non-technical stakeholders
Ensuring governance, delivery discipline and smooth cross-team execution
A genuinely technical PM (not just governance-focused) with hands-on experience across complex application and data environments
Experience working in FS/Asset Management etc. would be an advantage
Strong ability to grasp technical detail quickly and communicate it to senior leaders
Comfortable operating in financial services, investment or asset-management environments
Confident managing integrations, data models, APIs and multi-vendor delivery
Someone who is structured, curious, detail-driven and calm under pressure
A proactive problem-solver who brings clarity, momentum and accountability
