Senior Dietitian Adult Mental Health (Permanent, Part-Time 0.4 WTE).
Please email your CV to I am seeking an experienced Senior Dietitian to provide a specialist nutrition and dietetic service to adults with mental health needs, with a particular focus on eating disorders and complex nutritional presentations.
You will work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-centred assessment, intervention, and care planning, while contributing to service development, education, and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialist dietetic assessment and treatment for adults, including eating disorders Develop and implement individualised nutrition care plans Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Provide expert advice, education, and support to staff, service users, and carers Contribute to service development, audit, research, and quality improvement Support training and supervision of students and colleagues Essential Requirements: CORU registration (or eligibility) as a Dietitian Minimum 3 years post-qualification dietetic experience Experience working with adults with eating disorders Knowledge of refeeding syndrome and complex nutritional risk Strong communication, organisational, and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to CPD and evidence-based practice Desirable: Experience using motivational interviewing Experience working in mental health or specialist services This is a permanent, pensionable, part-time role (0.4 WTE) with competitive salary in line with senior dietitian grading.
