HR Officer Job Opportunity
This is a challenging role for an experienced HR professional to manage and develop our employee base.
* Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
* Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring that employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
* Conduct thorough HR audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Work closely with senior managers to identify training needs and develop staff development programs.
* Design and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR Officer.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and labour relations.
* Experience with HR information systems (e.g. performance management software).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other productivity tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
