Job Description:
We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. This position will play a key part in the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives, providing an employee-centric culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
The successful candidate will be based in our office with hybrid working opportunities available. Key responsibilities on a day-to-day basis include general administration within the department; maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files; supporting employee health, safety, and wellbeing; developing and maintaining policies and procedures; participating in the development and achievement of department goals and objectives.
Employee Relations: Conducting investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance hearings in line with company policy. Ensuring compliance with Employment Law, including work permits.
Compensation & Benefits: Administration of company pension and comprehensive benefits suite. Reviewing and updating benefits packs and discount schemes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Employee Relations cases at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficient written communication skills, including report writing
