Job Title: On-Site Agri Sales and Logistics Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Agri Sales and Logistics Manager to join our client’s Agri Trading division. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for both sales growth and the efficient management of logistics across our clients feed, fertilizer, and farm requisites operations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural sector, particularly dairy and beef, and a proven track record in agri-sales and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth across the Agri Trading product portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers and agri-clients.
* Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery to farmers.
* Develop supplier partnerships and monitor market trends to optimize procurement and pricing strategies.
* Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team.
* Identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualification in Agricultural Science or a related field.
* Proven experience in an agri-sales environment and/or logistics and supply chain management.
* Strong sector knowledge with a focus on dairy and beef enterprises.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong customer focus.
