Checkout Team Leader Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to take on a leadership role in our busy checkout department. As a Checkout Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this fast-paced area.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of cashiers to provide exceptional customer service.
* Ensure the smooth operation of the checkout process, including managing queues and resolving any issues that may arise.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a retail environment.
* A proven track record of delivering high standards of customer service and team management.
* Familiarity with cash handling procedures and till systems.
