HR Generalist (4 day week)
Our client, is seeking a motivated
Human Resources Executive
to join their team.
The role will be in a well known 4 star hotel in Limerick City who are part of a larger hotel group, recognised for their excellence as an employer.
Supporting the General Manager and HR manager with day to day HR operations, the role will require someone with several years of HR experience and very good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR administration, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
Support Heads of Department with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Foster strong employee engagement through effective communication and HR initiatives.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate statutory training, monitor attendance, and assist with weekly payroll submission.
About You
Qualification in HR or similar
Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and conflict-management skills.
