At The Keadeen Hotel, we believe every guest deserves a great start to the day. We’re looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis and help us deliver memorable mornings.
You’ll prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, ensuring excellent presentation and smooth service for our guests. From early preparation to the final plate, you’ll work closely with the team to maintain the highest food standards and a clean, safe kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present breakfast to agreed standards.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times.
* Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering supplies.
* Keep kitchen areas clean and organised, meeting all health & safety guidelines.
* Support the Executive Head Chef and wider team as needed.
About You
* Previous experience as a breakfast or line chef (hotel or high-volume kitchen experience a plus).
* Passion for fresh, high-quality food and a keen eye for presentation.
* Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently during early shifts.
* Flexible and a great team player.
This is a Part-time role with early-morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a rota basis. Flexibility to work any given day of the week is required.
