Monday to Friday Role some late evenings during busy periods.
Essential Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef stepping up.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Formal culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ, City Guilds, or equivalent).
Experience within a highvolume or finedining kitchen.
Knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and menu planning.

Provide feedback to senior chefs on stock levels, maintenance issues, or operational concerns.
Attend team briefings and training sessions when required.
