By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Electrical Installer to establish and lead our domestic renewable energy installation operations in Ireland. As our first installation employee in Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in building our installation capability and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, starting with EV chargers and Solar PV.ResponsibilitiesCarry out domestic installation and commissioning of EV charging points, Solar PV and battery storage across IrelandEnsure all installations comply with Irish regulations including Safe Electric standards and SEAI code of practiceCompile and submit all relevant installation records, certifications, and compliance documentation to the administration teamDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, and clearly educate customers on system operation and usageComplete works in a timely manner, ensuring a high standard of work at all timesEstablish installation processes, safety protocols, and quality standards for future team growthRequirementsMinimum 2 years experience as a fully qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications (QQI Level 6, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)Hold a valid Safe Electric Qualified Certifier (QC) registrationHold SEAI-approved Solar PV installer certifications (QQI 6N306 & 6N307 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain immediatelyProven experience installing EV charge points, Solar PV, battery storage, and/or heat pump systemsPrevious experience leading and managing electrical installation teams desirableValid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certificationsFull driving licenseBenefitsCompetitive salaryCompetitive bonus and overtime rateFull-time, stable employment in a rapidly growing sectorFuel and related expenses provided forOpportunities for professional development and additional certificationsThe chance to be part of a mission-driven company making a tangible impact on the future of energy
