About the Role
Catering Chef - an exciting opportunity to join our catering kitchen in Briar Hill, Galway.
This role is based in our production catering kitchen and involves the preparation of high-quality deli-style cold foods as well as hot food for catering orders and events.
It is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative individual to showcase their skills through consistently excellent food quality and presentation.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and the hospitality/catering industry. Key requirements include:
* a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen or catering environment;
* confidence preparing deli-style cold foods (salads, platters, sandwiches) as well as hot dishes;
* ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced catering kitchen with strong interest in current food trends.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to run their own section and manage prep and production schedules effectively. They must also communicate clearly with management and team members while maintaining company standards for food quality, safety, hygiene
