About the Role
Our business is built on delivering value to our customers. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in our core margin and customer base. You will be responsible for defining and executing best-in-class trading, distribution, and customer value management strategies aligned with our brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the design and execution of trading, CVM, and channel strategies across our business
* Leading pricing and promotional strategy to drive commercial results
* Managing performance for our business, including KPI setting, reforecasting, and trading optimization
* Overseeing our in-life proposition portfolio and managing partner relationships
* Growing the value, retention, and engagement of our customer base
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with proven management experience within a similar commercial position. You should have solid experience in Trading, Distribution, and Customer Value Management, as well as strong commercial acumen. Experience working in an agile environment is preferable but not essential.
