This includes managing the operational budget and leading the team to achieve efficient, cost-effective operations. Key responsibilities include meeting quality standards, delivering production targets, and managing KPIs across all departments.

This individual will be accountable for minimizing downtime and operational costs through effective project management, accurate documentation, waste reduction, and preventative maintenance planning. Coordination with maintenance contractors and internal stakeholders is vital to achieving these goals.
