Responsibilities
1. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
2. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
3. Taking minutes and tracking follow-up items at quarterly board meetings
4. Organising and maintaining office administration files and records
5. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
6. Assisting with the preparation and editing of reports and presentations as required
7. Arranging travel, visas and amodation
8. Correspondence / Email management
9. Providing quality customer service
10. Assistance with transaction documents, arranging signatures,piling, filing and sending out via courier
11. Arranging transaction documents to be notarised / apostilled / legalised
12. Organise and track original documents
13. Preparing andpiling various customer account opening forms, customs invoices,paring duplicate contracts, etc.
14. Assisting with bank account opening
15. piling KYC requirements
16. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' relevant administrative / general business experience, preferably within the aviation industry.

19. Strong administration, planning/organisation and time management skills
20. Ability to multitask
21. Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office packages
