We are seeking to add an exceptional Customer Treatment Plan Sales Executive to our team.
The Customer Treatment Plan Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting in-clinic consultations at our Wexford and Waterford clinics, as well as online video calls with patients interested in new dentures, implants, dental treatments, and finance options. The role also involves working on nursing home sign-ups for our mobile dental service.
Strong sales closing and follow-up skills are essential. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of thorough follow-up communications and meeting set targets. Excellent communication, compassion, and patient care are vital as we aim to improve our patients' quality of life through our dental and denture treatments.
Key to the role:
* A passion for sales with a proven high sales conversion rate.
* Self-motivated and able to deliver on brand promises.
* Experience tracking consultation outcomes to ensure successful follow-ups.
* Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients, maximizing patient engagement post-consultation.
* Experience from a Dental, Aesthetic, or Medical clinic background is preferred but not essential.
* Process and target-oriented with KPI tracking experience.
* Positive attitude, honesty, and integrity are top values.
* Ability to learn quickly and contribute ideas for growth.
