A high-impact opportunity has opened for a Windows System Administrator to join a nationally significant organisation supporting social inclusion and community development. Operating at the core of technology delivery, you will help shape and enhance enterprise Windows infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, and core business systems across a complex, multi‑platform estate.
You’ll act as a senior escalation point for critical Windows systems, providing Level 3 support and ensuring stability, performance, and resilience across on‑premises servers, Active Directory environments, and Microsoft 365 services. This is a hands‑on technical role where you’ll contribute to automation, system optimisation, patching strategies, and ongoing cloud transition initiatives.
Working across technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, and SharePoint (online and on‑prem), you’ll play a key role in strengthening security posture, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, supporting infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers where required.

What You Bring
10+ years’ experience in IT support
Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
Experience providing advanced technical (Level 3) support and resolving complex issues

€58,000–€74,100 salary range
