SAP FICO Analyst Rate: €500-550 Location: Dublin, County Dublin Type: 12 Months Rolling Start: 21/01/26 Hybrid We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join our growing ERP team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our SAP Finance & Controlling landscape, working closely with Finance stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA). Analyse business requirements and translate them into high-quality SAP configurations and functional specifications. Support the design, testing, and deployment of enhancements, new functionalities, and system changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.). Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes Requirements: 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Analyst / Consultant. Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes. Experience with configuration in both FI and CO submodules. Solid knowledge of integration between FICO and other SAP modules. Experience with at least one full SAP implementation or major upgrade. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment within Ireland.
