We're looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join a well-established and trusted brand in the automotive industry. Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you'll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team focused on delivering excellent service and putting the customer first.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries via phone, email, and post
2. Log and categorise all queries accurately to support reporting and service tracking
3. Manage and resolve customer and dealer network queries in a timely and professional manner
4. Take ownership of customer concerns and work to resolve them with empathy and efficiency
5. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution
6. Support the Customer Relations Manager with monthly reports and stakeholder updates
7. Liaise with external partners to ensure a consistently high level of service
8. Provide administrative support to the wider customer experience team
What We're Looking For:
9. Previous experience in a customer-facing or complaints-handling role is essential
10. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage sensitive or challenging situations
11. A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
12. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
13. Confident, resilient, and proactive with a 'can-do' approach
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM system experience an advantage
15. Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
