Aviation Finance Lawyer
The role involves working on high-value cross-border transactions for top clients.
This position is ideal for qualified solicitors with 1-5 years PQE in finance law, particularly those with experience in aviation transactions. As an Aviation Finance Lawyer, you will:
* Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to aircraft sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
* Coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions, working with international counsel and meeting tight deadlines.
* Build and maintain client relationships, assist with business development, and support partner-led initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills. They will also be able to exercise sound judgement, manage a busy workload, and work under pressure. Key requirements include a passion for finance law, the ability to work effectively in a team, and strong communication skills.
