Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive People and Culture strategy that supports business growth and enhances the employee experience. Foster a workplace culture rooted in collaboration, learning, inclusion, and wellbeing. Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies with business needs. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention. Introduce and champion initiatives that promote leadership development, career progression, and continuous learning. Build and refine people policies and practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industry best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Use data-driven insights and employee feedback to shape people initiatives and continuously improve ways of working. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing People and Culture team to deliver a consistent, values-driven employee experience. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization, ensuring a workplace where everyone belongs. Skills and Experience Significant leadership experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational development. Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership to influence and drive positive change across an organization. Deep understanding of modern HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and employment law. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a genuine passion for building outstanding workplace cultures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration at every level. Analytical mindset with the ability to use people metrics and insights to support strategic decisions. Comfortable leading through ambiguity and growth, with a proactive and creative approach to challenges. Professional HR qualifications (such as CIPD) are advantageous but not essential with equivalent experience.
