CPL client, based in Dublin City Centre, offers comprehensive support to their clients aiming to grow within the Irish market.
About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a 12-month contract, working on-site with our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administration services, including letter drafting, meeting preparation materials, data entry, and other tasks for three teams.
* Manage incoming phone and email queries, as well as invoices, event logistics, and team meetings.
* Support calendar management and prepare presentations and materials for meetings.
* Coordinate booking meeting rooms, send meeting communications, arrange catering, and update the internal management system.
* Complete a weekly metrics report and gather key metrics and data.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of previous administration experience.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Suitable third-level qualification or currently pursuing higher education is desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
There may be occasional requirements for ad-hoc travel to regional offices and working outside normal office hours.
