As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our training facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to messages in a professional and timely manner
* Managing email enquiries and providing prompt responses
* Booking flights and accommodation for trainees and staff
* Coordinating diaries and arranging appointments
* Maintaining accurate records through data entry
* Providing administrative support to the Training Centre Manager and Head of Department
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
* Punctuality and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Valid driver's license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
