About this role
We're looking for an experienced, curious, and self-motivated individual to join our team.
You'll partner with the business, build strong relationships, collaborate on opportunities, and provide subject matter expertise in Reporting, Analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions.
* Contribute to bringing reporting solutions to our customers.
* Support our organization in creating and maintaining clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytics and reporting solutions to market.
Key responsibilities
* Learn the complexities of the US Healthcare system.
* Build, test, and maintain data firewalls in collaboration with our Tech teams and impacted stakeholders.
* Understand the process and oversee the onboarding of new clients into the organization.
* Create and externalized contractually obliged reporting for our clients.
* Create innovative reporting and analytics on our clients' financial and drug utilization trends and performance metrics, enabling them to reach their goals.
* Build an internal network and understand the purpose and function of the teams who also support our clients.
* Identify challenges and opportunities, develop solutions, and communicate to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Perform analytics in line with organizational best practice, ensuring cross-functional alignment on methodologies.
