Role Summary
We are seeking a
Property Solicitor
with a minimum of 3
+ years' post-qualification experience
to join the firm's busy and highly regarded real estate practice. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of property matters and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services across residential and commercial real estate and related transactions.
This is a hands-on role with genuine client contact and the opportunity to work on
complex and high-value property transactions
. The position offers exposure to diverse matters and a supportive environment for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

* Advising on
commercial and residential property transactions
, including acquisitions, disposals and title matters
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation including
sale/purchase agreements, leases, licences, easements, transfers and development agreements
* Conducting legal due diligence, title reviews, planning and environmental searches
* Advising on
landlord and tenant matters
and related rights and obligations
* Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate seamless transaction delivery
* Managing files independently with high attention to detail and deadlines
* Supporting senior lawyers on more complex property matters and contributing to the firm's broader real estate offerings
* Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice that reflects client needs and market conditions
Candidate Profile
* Qualified
Solicitor in Ireland
with at least 3
years' PQE
in property law
* Strong technical knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing principles
* Proven experience drafting and negotiating property and real estate documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercial mindset with emphasis on client service excellence
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Experience with landlord & tenant, lease renewals, property finance or development matters is a strong advantage
