Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently Set and uphold the highest standards of customer service for a discerning clientele Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences Liaise effectively with the Head Chef and BOH team to maintain seamless coordination Manage bookings, guest requests, private dining, and VIP service with discretion and precision Monitor financial performance including labour costs, GP, stock control, and departmental budgets Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring full compliance with all H&S and HACCP standards Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining or premium hospitality setting Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills Financially astute with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and stock control Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills Passion for great food, wine, and refined service standards Hands-on and proactive approach, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends HTAL24 Skills: restaurant manager F&B Manager asst. restaurant manager Benefits: Paid Holidays
