Catering Officer – Dublin
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Officer to lead and manage catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and deliver high-quality catering services, meeting all client requirements.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise catering operations including menu planning, food prep, and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, strictly following HACCP guidelines.
* Manage staff, stock, and budgets to maintain efficient, cost-effective operations.
* Lead and support the catering team, promoting excellence and teamwork.
* Maintain accurate records of catering activities, staff schedules, and client communications.
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure catering arrangements meet expectations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management.
* HACCP Management qualification.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with proven team supervision experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Flexibility to adapt to variable work schedules based on client needs.
* Proficiency in software for record-keeping and reporting.
