Role Overview
Our client are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their dynamic culinary team. Working across up to seven different restaurants within the estate, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their skills in a luxury hotel environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, supporting junior chefs, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations within your section.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard in line with menu specifications.

Maintain full awareness of food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.

Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie.
*
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service.

Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas when required.
*
Ensure consistency, portion control, and waste reduction within your section.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting is highly desirable.
*
Skills: Strong technical cooking skills, good organizational ability, and attention to detail.
*
Education: A culinary degree or professional training is ideal but not essential.
*
Language: Adequate English skills to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
*
Attitude: Ambitious, keen to progress, and adaptable to working across multiple outlets.

Schedule: Typically full-time hours (year-round, providing stable employment).

Shared room: €75 per week (fully furnished, all utilities included)

Single room: €95 per week (subject to availability)

Staff transport: €20 per week deduction.

Accommodation available on-site or off-site (Cong, Ballinrobe, and surrounding areas). Placement depends on availability.
