Senior Manager - Employee Relations Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our EMEA region's employee relations and HR operations. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people leadership skills, experience in complex project management, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
About the Role:
* Lead the Employee Relations and HR Ops function for the EMEA region (23 countries).
* Manage a team of 5-7 employees across the region.
* Improve employee experience, ensure ER operational excellence, and labor compliance in all jurisdictions.
This Senior Manager will be responsible for providing regional leadership, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring that our teams are equipped to handle complex employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide regional leadership to the EMEA Employee Relations and HR Operations team.
2. Lead and develop the team to achieve annual goals and progress the strategic ER roadmap.
3. Act as an objective and trusted advisor for both employees and management across the region.
4. Consult and provide training, advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on a range of employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong ER experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment. They will also have experience leading complex projects and organizational change, and will be able to drive results through individual efforts and influencing others.
Requirements:
