As a Mixologist, you will create innovative and classic cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a well-organized bar area. Responsibilities include crafting drink menus, adhering to health and safety standards, managing inventory, providing a memorable experience for guests, and ensuring top-notch service. You will also assist with training bar staff to maintain consistency and quality across all beverage offerings.QualificationsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.Strong Food & Beverage knowledge with a focus on drink preparation, presentation, and bar operations.Ability to train staff on crafting cocktails and delivering superior beverage service.Culinary and mixology skills, including creating new recipes and understanding of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to providing a memorable guest experience.Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Prior experience as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
