Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Claims Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of commercial insurance claims.
* Manage claim records, review policies, medical records, and other documentation.
* Liaise with underwriters, clients, and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
* Provide timely updates and reports to clients on claim progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess APA qualifications and some experience in claims handling. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills as well as excellent communication abilities.
