Position: Enrolment Advisor Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Hybrid, minimum of two days per week in the Pearse Street Dublin office Overview: An established leader in career education since 2000, Hibernia College is Ireland's ?rst accredited blended learning third-level institution.
The College has grown rapidly in scale, strength and stature since its foundation and specialises in the delivery of programmes up to level 9 NFQ with expertise in education, including initial teacher education and nursing undergraduate programmes.

Job Purpose: Hibernia College seeks to recruit a Student Enrolment Advisor whose purpose will be to generate student enrolments by managing leads for prospective students who have made an initial inquiry about the courses that Hibernia College have to offer.
The Enrolment Advisor will offer guidance and advice to prospective students on how best we can meet their educational needs and career needs.
This role will suit someone who is very comfortable working in a target driven sales environment.
Responsibilities: Proactively manage and convert leads through inbound / outbound calls, emails, webinars, to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
Make high-volume daily outbound calls to prospective students to convert interest into applications.
Identify prospective student needs and effectively position Hibernia College's programmes as the solution.
Provide expert advice and guidance through every step of the enrolment process - from first contact to application submission.
Own and develop a personal sales pipeline, maintaining regular, consistent follow-up until the sale is closed.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and pipeline movement on the CRM.
Represent the college at roadshows, recruitment fairs, information sessions, and key student events (e.g., Orientation, Graduation) to promote programmes, engage with prospective and current students, and follow up promptly to maximise conversions.
Essential Requirements/Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, telesales, enrolment, or high-volume outbound calling environments.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding KPIs.
Strong closer, confident in handling objections and moving conversations toward the sale.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling style.
Ability to multi-task and manage a dynamic sales pipeline using a CRM system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong team player who can also work independently and own individual targets.
Availability to attend occasional in-person events such as roadshows and careers fairs.
