We are looking for kitchen staff for a brand new Young and Vibrant Bar in the heart of the City.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Assist the Head & Sous Chef with overall running of kitchen
* Take direction from managers on duty and assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards
* Follow all HACCP regulations at all times
* Work well with all kitchen staff in observing appropriate standards of hygiene during food preparation and storage
Requirements
* Have previous experience working in a busy fast paced environment
* Have a passion for and genuine interest in food
* Have a respectful and pleasant manner for dealing with team members
* Be part of a team
* Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and bring ideas to our offering
* Have a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
