Due to expansion, we are looking for an Assistant Manager for our new branch in Dublin 17. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate from within the industry looking to progress to a management role or simply looking for a change to their current position.
The Role
* Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
* Manage stock levels to maintain appropriate stock levels
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Organise daily deliveries and collections
* Encourage and build supplier relationships
* Processing customer orders/enquiries
* Ensure the team adhere to Health and Safety requirement
