As Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing the site team, including Construction Manager, Site Engineers, Supervisors/Foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standardsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary with full benefits (pension, healthcare, company vehicle)Clear career progression with a leading civil engineering contractor.Opportunity to work on complex, high-value infrastructure projects in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee projects in both urban and rural settings, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Lead, mentor, and guide site teams, including operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors.Coordinate resources, including labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors, from project start to completion.Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, attending meetings and providing updates on progress.Manage contracts, drawings, specifications, and approvals, ensuring compliance and documentation of changes.Monitor site progress, report on programme, finances, risks, and opportunities to senior management.Develop budgets, forecasts, and project reports while maintaining strong client relationships.Ensure Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards are implemented and adhered to.Plan and execute all construction operations to meet deadlines and company objectives.Obtain necessary permits and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.Coordinate temporary and permanent works, including certification where required.Collaborate with quantity surveyors on measurement, valuation, and financial monitoring of worksKey Skills RequiredA degree in engineering or equivalent experience to support your competency in the role,A member of the relevant Professional Institution,Chartered Status (or working towards it),Minimum 2 years' experience for a Site Agent,Full clean EU/Irish driver licenceAuthorised to work in Ireland i.e. stamp 4 visa or critical skills visa
